This website and online store are operated under the Valuedbuy brand by JAV WELLNESS LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Valuedbuy,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

If payment has been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method. When required by law, the refund will include shipping and other charges associated with the cancelled, unshipped order.

6. ONE-TIME PURCHASES

Unless the product page and checkout clearly disclose otherwise, purchases made through Valuedbuy are one-time purchases.

You will be charged only for products or services that you affirmatively select during checkout.

Valuedbuy will not enroll a customer in a subscription, automatic renewal, or recurring payment arrangement unless the recurring terms are clearly disclosed and the customer separately and affirmatively agrees to them.

7. BILLING AND PAYMENT INFORMATION

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, shipping, and account information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for your purchase.

Payments may be processed by Shopify or other authorized third-party payment providers. Available payment methods may vary by location and will be displayed during checkout.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may impose conversion charges, processing times, or other fees independently. Valuedbuy is not responsible for fees independently imposed by your financial institution.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Order processing, shipping availability, delivery estimates, tracking, international shipments, customs charges, delays, address errors, and missing packages are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Unless a different timeframe is disclosed on the applicable product page or during checkout, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

United States, including Alaska and Hawaii:
Approximately 7–14 business days.

International destinations:
Approximately 14–21 business days.

These periods are estimates and not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs authorities, weather, holidays, local postal services, incorrect shipping information, transportation disruptions, and other circumstances.

If we determine that an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, we will notify the customer and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a revised shipping date or cancelling the unshipped order for a full refund.

9. RETURNS, DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, damaged or defective products, cancellations, refunds, and extended satisfaction guarantees are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

The following general periods apply:

Standard 14-Day Returns

Unless a different period is expressly disclosed, a customer may request a standard return within 14 calendar days after the confirmed delivery date.

A standard return generally requires the product to be unused, unworn, unwashed, complete, and in its original condition, subject to the complete eligibility requirements in our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should contact us as soon as possible regarding a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product.

For the fastest resolution, we recommend contacting us within 30 calendar days after delivery. This recommended notification period does not limit mandatory consumer rights or an applicable written product warranty.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Selected products may include an extended 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee when that guarantee is expressly displayed on the applicable product page or offer at the time of purchase.

The guarantee applies only to eligible products and is subject to the conditions, return requirements, shipping responsibilities, and exclusions stated in our Return and Refund Policy and the applicable product offer.

The existence of a 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for one product does not mean that the guarantee applies to every product sold through Valuedbuy.

Customers must obtain return instructions before sending a product back. Products should not be returned without authorization.

10. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after an order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order that has not entered processing or fulfillment. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.

If an order cannot be cancelled before shipment, the customer may request a return after delivery under the Return and Refund Policy.

This section does not limit cancellation or refund rights that apply when Valuedbuy cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe.
